DIY Staging Consultation
For the Do-It-Yourself homeowner looking for recommendations on how to stage their home, Stage to Sell offers a DIY home staging consultation package that includes the following:
Pricing: $250-$350 (plus GST) depending on the size of the home.
- A walk-and-talk walkthrough to look at the home through the buyer's eyes, and make recommendations on decluttering, organizing and rearranging furniture, and decorating each space.
- A written report that outlines recommendations for each room to guide the homeowner through the staging process

Full Staging Package
For a full staging service, Stage to sell offers sellers of occupied homes the following package:
Pricing: $600-$1,000 (plus GST) depending on the size of the home and if paint color consultation is included.
- A walk-and-talk walkthrough with the homeowner to look at the home through the buyer's eyes, and make recommendations on cleaning, decluttering, and removing or repurposing furniture.
- A written report with detailed recommendations for each room, and a follow up reminder on what the homeowner needs to do to prepare the home for staging day.
- Suggestions for any additional accessories needed. Homeowner has the option to purchase these items or rent them from our inventory.
- A brief plan on what Stage to Sell will do on staging day.
- Recommendations for repairs and cosmetic improvements, like painting, that would further increase the appeal of the home to buyers.
- One half to full staging day once the home is prepared.
Pricing: $600-$1,000 (plus GST) depending on the size of the home and if paint color consultation is included.
Partial Staging Package
At Stage to Sell, we recognize that homeowners have different budgets to spend on preparing their home for the market. We will work with you to design a package that best fits your budget. You may choose to retain our services to stage the main area of your home only, which includes living room, kitchen/dining area, master bedroom, and main bathroom. You will get the the same services included in the full package, in addition to suggestions for DIY staging of the rest of the home.
Pricing: $400-$500 (plus GST) depending on the size of the space and if paint color consultation is included.
